Pamela, the founding partner who also acts as the Managing Partner spent her career both in a law firm and in-house legal corporate. She focuses her practice in general corporate matters, M&A, corporate financing, foreign direct investment, legal due diligence in several businesses such as mining, power plant, commerce, a management consultancy for more than nine years.
Eggar Duara

Two words can describe Eggar, and its Maritime Law. His focus and experience in Maritime law are seen through cases that he regularly handles such as shipping law and maritime dispute, ship financing, mining, and power plant. He also has his corner in practicing litigation and alternate dispute settlement in other industries. Currently, he’s been practicing law for more than eight years.

Known for his passion and love for the legal industry, Abraham finishes his Master's Degree at Indonesia University focusing on economic law. He has many experiences both in the corporate and litigation areas. In the corporate area, capital investment, both direct investment and indirect investment become one of his regular practices. While in litigation he has been handling many cases in infrastructure, manpower, maritime and commercial disputes for ten years.
